Qualifications

• Pay Range based on education & experience ($52,500 - $81,926)
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Sub for Behavior Technicians when the need arises.
• Support crisis management in alternative programs.
• Respond/support crisis management in schools as directed by school-based BCBAs.
• Collect data and report out on this data.
• Onboard new behavior technicians.
• Assist BCBA in preparing materials.
• Work with staff to implement plans designed by BCBA/Behavior Specialist
