Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field from a four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Perform face-to-face crisis assessments and crisis intervention.
• Provide intake assessments, recovery and safety planning, and referrals.
• Connect individuals to outpatient behavioral health services.
• Coordinate with LifePath Systems and community organizations.
• Maintain trauma-informed, person-centered care and documentation.
