Qualifications

• Preferred experience in telecommunications, data entry, or law-enforcement settings; high-volume telephone work.

Responsibilities

• Enter and retrieve data from TCIC/NCIC, RMS, and the Nueces County database.
• Perform criminal history checks on individuals.
• Provide 24-hour confirmation on warrants and inquiries from law enforcement agencies.
• Answer telephone calls from the public after 5:00 p.m. when assigned.
