The Department of Corrections, Division of Institutions, is recruiting for a Criminal Justice Technician 2 position for the Ketchikan Correctional Center (KCC) in Ketchikan, Alaska.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Verify and certify the accuracy of prisoner time accounting, learn and assist with prisoner bookings.
  • Assist with the Electronic Monitoring (EM) program as needed.
  • Process and assist with prisoner mail.
  • Review, approve, purchase prisoner commissary items.
  • Maintain all facility training schedules and track yearly certifications.
