Arnold Ventures is seeking a Manager, Criminal Justice Policy to identify, analyze, and pitch high-leverage grant opportunities aligned with our strategies; manage current philanthropic investments; engage policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and advocates to advance evidence-based criminal justice policy solutions.

The role is based in New York City or Washington, DC, reporting to the VP, Criminal Justice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in policy, advocacy, research, or project management.
• Strong interest and knowledge of criminal justice policy developments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, develop, and pitch high-impact policy and grant opportunities.
• Manage grants and investments, track progress, assess impact, and draw lessons.
