Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Criminal Justice Liaison to support Anderson and Roane Counties. The role blends behavioral health with criminal justice work to assist incarcerated individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in social sciences or criminal justice and has experience with assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with courts and community resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social sciences or criminal justice; two years’ experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance abuse disorders who have entered the criminal justice system preferred.
• Good assessment and disposition skills are essential; knowledge of community resources and experience with community advocacy helpful.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Tennessee driver’s license and a safe driving record; proof of current auto insurance must be provided.

Responsabilités

• Delivery of services at all levels of the criminal justice process from pre-arrest to probation.
• Assess mental health status and review psychiatric and addiction treatment records; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document services in accordance with jail and agency standards; coordinate with courts regarding actions and discharge planning; provide mental health training.
