Responsibilities

• Conduct research across databases to ensure compliant information disseminated.
• Analyze legal documents for expunction or sealing eligibility.
• Prioritize tasks and manage caseload per policy/direction from management.
• Monitor CCH workflow queue and ensure timely completion.
• Provide service to agencies and the public via phone, email or in person.
• Assist in training new members.
• Maintain logs and records of requests.
