Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with litigation teams on complex cases nationwide.
  • Litigate in federal/state courts, including appeals.
  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs and memos.
  • Engage in written discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Develop new cases via fact investigation and client outreach.
  • Review legislation and regulations for advocacy impact.
  • Represent the Committee in public speaking and coalition work.
