Job summary

Colorado Technical University seeks a Part-time Adjunct Faculty member to teach and engage students in criminal justice courses. You will report to the Faculty Lead and ensure your instruction aligns with CTU curricula, outcomes, and course technologies.

You will maintain weekly office hours, assess student work, and provide timely feedback while connecting learners with advising, tutoring, and library resources. A Master’s degree is required; a Doctorate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses aligned with CTU curricula and outcomes.
• Engage with students to encourage participation and learning.
• Maintain weekly office hours for student questions and support.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Refer students to advising, tutoring, library, and career services.
• Participate in CTU's academic governance and complete required trainings.
• Post prompts and responses in course discussions and CTU Messenger.
• Provide documentation of licensures, certifications, and professional experience.
