Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• Experience representing clients in DUI, misdemeanor, and lower-level felonies.
• Strong negotiation, case-management, and client communication skills.
• Compassionate, professional approach to client representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in DUI, misdemeanor, and lower-level felony matters throughout Maricopa County.
• Manage cases from initial review through resolution, including court appearances, plea negotiations, motions, and client communication.
• Review and oversee criminal record relief matters, including set-asides and record sealing, with administrative and paralegal support.
