Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at arraignments, hearings, and trials; identify and subpoena necessary records.
• Prepare and present opening and closing statements; examine and cross-examine witnesses.
• Evaluate charges, advise clients, and negotiate dispositions with supervisory guidance.
• Conduct research and provide consultations on complex legal issues.
