Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents (e.g., filings).
• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
