Job summary

Stein-Conaway DUI & Criminal Defense seeks a Criminal Defense Associate Attorney for Santa Maria or Templeton, CA. You will join a client-centered, growth-focused team with weekly mentorship and strategy sessions to develop your practice in criminal defense.

The role requires California Bar admission, at least two jury trials, and 2+ years in a public defender, prosecutor, or private practice setting. Compensation includes base salary with performance-based bonuses and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• You are an attorney licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a public defender, prosecutor, or in a private criminal defense practice.
• You have completed at least 2 jury trials to verdict.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency is preferred but not required.
