Qualifications

• College degree in Science or Management.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional follow-through.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develops plans for crew deployment based on approved vessel assignments and rotations.
• Facilitates crewing deployment activities from documentation, training and dispatch up to repatriation of seafarers.
• Coordinates with internal and external contacts for dispatch- and disembarkation-related activities (PEME, PDOS, travel bookings, training enrolment, etc).
• Prepares relevant reports to aid management of crewing operations.
