Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP in Plover, Wisconsin is hiring Crew Members to provide outstanding customer service, prepare food and beverages, and keep the restaurant clean and inviting. You will greet guests, take orders, and help ensure accurate payments and friendly service throughout every shift.

Responsibilities include food prep, packaging, cash handling, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or older (proof of age and work permit if under 18).
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $7.25 - $14.00 Hourly

Position Summary:

Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Crew members work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks eficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
