ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking Crew Members to join our Two Rivers restaurant team. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare food and beverages, handle payments, and help maintain a clean dining area.

Ideal candidates are 16 or older, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while keeping a friendly, professional attitude and good hygiene.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older with proof if under 18.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, lobby, back of house, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.

Job Details

Job Location: 1800 Washington St, Two Rivers, WI - Two Rivers, WI 54241

Salary Range: $7.25 - $14.00 Hourly

Position Summary

Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Crew members work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks eficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house (the line), lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
