Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Crew Trainer to join our team in Philadelphia. You will greet customers cheerfully, take orders, and operate the register, just like a crew member, while mentoring new teammates across stations.

The role includes preparing and grilling World Famous McDonald's food, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and leading by example to ensure fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant environment. Training and coaching are core parts of the job.

Qualifications
