Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Vermilion, OH is seeking friendly crew team members to deliver fast, accurate service and warm hospitality.

You will receive on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and a role in a clean, inviting restaurant environment. Training begins on day one, and team members rotate through at least three service positions to gain versatile skills, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior restaurant experience required, but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, accurate service.

Crew team members play a vital role in our success as a business because they are the face of our company to our guests. As a part of our dynamic team representing a leader in the food service industry, crew team members provide our guests with high quality service and food in a clean, inviting environment.

Crew team members will learn multiple positions within the restaurant, providing a challenging environment to learn and grow in your career with us. We anticipate that crew team members will learn a minimum of three service positions.
