Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking crew team members in Ohio to be the face of our brand, delivering high quality service and food in a clean, inviting environment. You’ll receive on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement as you grow with us.

You will learn multiple positions within the restaurant, with an expectation to master at least three service roles while contributing to a positive team dynamic in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to legally work in the US.
• Regular, prompt attendance is required.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Experience in a restaurant environment is helpful but not required.

Crew team members will learn multiple positions within the restaurant, providing a challenging environment to learn and grow in your career with us. We anticipate that crew team members will learn a minimum of three service positions.
