Job summary

The Wendy's Company is hiring crew team members to join a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will receive on-the-job training and have opportunities to advance as you learn multiple service positions and grow with the team.

Candidates should be reliable and able to work regular schedules. This role is with one of our franchisees, and compensation may vary by location.

Qualifications

• Ability to legally work in the US.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide high-quality service in a clean, inviting environment.
• Learn and rotate through multiple service positions to gain full restaurant exposure (minimum of three positions).
• Support training and development opportunities as part of on-the-job learning.
