Job summary

City Light & Power, Inc. is seeking a Crew Supervisor and Journeyman Lineman/Foreman for our Travis Air Force Base, CA location.

The role supervises a crew during construction, maintenance, and repair of energized overhead distribution and/or transmission systems, and performs journeyman level HV tasks. This supervisory/hands-on position requires a Journeyman Lineman Card or verifiable utility experience, 4+ years in electrical OH distribution, CDL preferred, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman Card or verifiable utility experience.
• 4+ years in electrical OH distribution.
• CDL license preferred.
• Safety-conscious with ability to supervise.
• Ability to operate lift equipment such as bucket trucks and insulated aerial lifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew during construction, maintenance, and repair of energized OH distribution and/or transmission systems.
• Perform journeyman level medium/high voltage tasks.
• Supervise Apprentice Linemen and promote safety and quality.
• Work overtime as needed and coordinate with field operations.
• Utilize industry tools and equipment to complete job duties.
