Job summary

City Light & Power, Inc. is seeking a Crew Supervisor- Journeyman Lineman/Foreman for onsite work at Travis Air Force Base in California. The role oversees a crew during construction, maintenance and repair of energized overhead distribution and/or transmission systems, and performs journeyman level HV tasks.

This supervisory/hands-on position requires a Journeyman Lineman card, 4+ years utility experience, and prior crew supervision.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman Card or verifiable work experience.
• Minimun of four (4+) years of experience working with utilities, in the electrical OH distribution field.
• CDL-A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the crew during construction, maintenance and repair of energized overhead distribution and/or transmission systems.
• Performs journeyman level medium and high voltage electrical functions on the system.
• Supervises Apprentice Linemen and ensures safety, professionalism and quality.
