Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is hiring an Emergency Restoration Technician in New Jersey. The role involves helping homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, mold, and other property emergencies. You will travel to sites, perform water extraction, mold remediation, and oversee drying operations, ensuring safe, high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Dependable with strong attendance and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments.
• Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces.
• Available to work overtime and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties to assist with emergency restoration projects
• Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services
• Set up, inspect, and monitor drying equipment
• Safely remove damaged materials while following company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members
• Assist Crew Chiefs with project completion and daily job responsibilities
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high-quality workmanship
