Qualifikationen

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Summary: Beach Happy Cafe is seeking energetic, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Watercolor. As a New Hire Team Member, you will be cross-trained to support both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House (FOH):

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude


• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently


• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas


• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
