How You Can Make a Difference

• Contribute positively to your community and environment through your work.
• Maintain the highest safety and health standards to ensure a safe environment for travelers, especially as airport travel resumes post-COVID-19.
• Greet guests warmly, acknowledge them, and take their food and drink orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash and credit/debit transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu; make recommendations, especially regarding food allergies.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers, whether at a national or local brand concept.
