CREW MEMBER

Reports to manager on duty

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, upbeat, motivated individuals to help us establish a food landmark in the community of Rockford. Culver's is a brand built on making sure guests who choose Culver's leave happy, and our team members are our first and most important guests. Join a team recognized as one of the top 3% of all Culver's nationwide. We provide our patrons with quality, freshly prepared meals made with care and kindness. This position offers opportunities to grow within our family into higher-level roles. We are hiring both back and front of house team members for all shifts from open (7am) to close (11pm). Promotion to supervisory positions or franchise ownership is possible for those interested.

Compensation varies by age and experience: adults over 18 start at $13/hour, up to $15 for experienced or open-availability workers; 16-17-year-olds start at $10/hour, up to $12; 14-15-year-olds start at $10/hour.

Essential Functions
  • Provide excellent guest service and hospitality consistently.
  • Maintain proper personal hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Follow restaurant policies on attendance and conduct.
  • Assist guests with product knowledge and promotions.
  • Adhere to safety standards and promote safety for all.
