Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams to perform work on-site in a safe, quality manner, delivering beautiful landscapes for our clients. Responsibilities include mowing turf, pruning shrubs, planting and maintaining flower beds, laying sod, pulling weeds, applying mulch, and using hand and power tools.

Candidates should have landscaping experience and be prepared for outdoor work in variable conditions, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance or similar field.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work long periods outdoors in sun and heat.
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly during the day.
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf, edge, and blow debris to keep properties tidy.
• Prune shrubs and manage low tree branches.
• Plant and maintain flower beds throughout the season.
• Lay sod and ensure proper soil preparation.
• Weed control and mulch application.
• Operate basic hand and power tools on site.
• Dig trenches and move soil or materials as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required by supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Landscaping experience required
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
