Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform mowing, edging, pruning, planting, laying sod, and debris removal on job sites with safety and quality in mind.

We value reliability, stamina, and teamwork; landscaping experience is required, and willingness to work outdoors in various weather. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. We offer health/dental/vision insurance, a 401K, PTO, and opportunities for growth at Juniper.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
