Job summary

Juniper Landscaping is seeking a general laborer for our Naples team to support landscape design, build, and maintenance tasks. You will perform mowing, pruning, planting, sod work, mulching, and debris removal, using hand and power tools across various weather conditions.

Ideal candidates have landscaping experience and are comfortable working long hours outside in heat and sun, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience is required or highly preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus for communication with crew.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
• Willingness to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod and weed control.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Landscaping experience required
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
