Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in Naples, FL is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform mowing, pruning, planting, sod laying, and other duties on job sites to maintain high-quality landscapes for our clients.

We value experience in landscaping, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme heat. Candidates should be able to bend, stoop, twist repeatedly, and lift up to 50 lbs while using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping required.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Comfort with bending, stooping, twisting repeatedly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand/power tools.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
