Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Bonita Springs, FL. You will perform turf mowing, edging, pruning, planting, sod laying, mulching, and other landscape tasks on job sites to ensure beautiful environments for our clients.

We value hard workers who can stay outdoors in hot conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, bend and twist throughout the day, and operate hand and power tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills:

• Landscaping experience required
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
