Landscape Maintenance Professionals (LMP) is growing! We are seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors for long periods, in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
