Job summary

Juniper is actively growing and seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams in Greer, SC. You will perform landscape installations on job sites, including planting, sod, pavers, hardscapes, mulch, and irrigation while following safety protocols and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have some landscape construction experience, can work outside in varying temperatures, and are willing to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Adhere to safety protocols on job sites.
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plant trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Lay sod.
• Install pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Install mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Dig trenches and holes.
• Prep soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-water surfaces as needed.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials.
• Use hand or power tools to complete landscape work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Greer, SC 29651, Job Category: General Labor, Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds
• Laying sod
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects
• Installing mulch
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation
• Digging trenches and holes
• Prepping soil areas for plantings
• Hand-watering
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction/installation duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Adhere to jobsite and company safety protocols
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
