Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams in Fort Myers, FL. You will perform site work to plant trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds, lay sod, install pavers and hardscape features, mulch, and handle irrigation installation.

We value bilingual abilities (English/Spanish), safety compliance, and the ability to work long hours outdoors in heat and sun. Lifting up to 50 lbs and using hand/power tools are part of daily duties. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Adhere to jobsite and company safety protocols.
• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
