Job summary

Juniper-Landscaping is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Construction teams in Fort Myers, FL. You will work on-site to plant, install sod, hardscapes, irrigation, and more, ensuring safe, high-quality landscapes for clients.

We value bilingual English/Spanish skills, safety adherence, and experience in landscape construction. The role requires physical work outdoors, with lifting up to 50 lbs, and long hours in heat and sun. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Landscape construction/installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Laying sod.
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape construction/installation duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds
