Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Enhancement teams in Naples, FL. Crew Members perform landscape tasks on job sites in a safe, quality-driven manner to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

Qualifications

• Landscape installation experience and plant knowledge preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures and direct sun.
• Able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Laying sod.
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering.
• Move soil, equipment and materials.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
