Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Union City, GA is seeking a Crew Member to provide great guest experiences and support daily operations. You will work in a fast-paced team environment, handle cash, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness while delivering quality food and beverage.

Minimum age 16+; responsibilities include teamwork, adherence to brand standards, and participating in training as directed by the franchisee. This is a restaurant-based, on-site role with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with urgency. Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest. Maintain a clean workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
• Profitability – Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Prepare all products following recipes and procedures. Follow procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security. Comply with all policies.
