The MPMC McDonald's Organization is hiring a Crew Team Member in Irwindale, CA. You’ll rotate through grill, drive-thru, and guest-experience stations with a path to management, while delivering a welcoming, fast, and friendly service.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus cash incentives. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and ongoing learning through education programs and ESL classes, with paid sick time where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen
• Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)
• A friendly and hospitable demeanor is essential

Responsibilities

• Work different positions and master station skills (grill, drive-thru, guest experience) with opportunity to move into management
• Lead the experience: Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order and make menu recommendations
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Work with your team to meet goals and have fun
