Job summary

The MPMC McDonald’s Organization is seeking a Crew Team Member to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced California restaurant. You will help customers, prepare food, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

This role offers opportunities to move into management and to learn station skills across grill, drive-thru, and guest experience, while enjoying team-oriented celebrations and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen.
• Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation).
• Ability to learn and grow.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Work different positions and master station skills (grill, drive-thru, guest experience) with opportunity to move into management.
• Lead the experience: Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make menu recommendations.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
• Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and have fun.
