Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member to join our restaurant team in the United States. You will prepare products to high standards and serve customers with a friendly, efficient approach, following recipes and station procedures.

Work includes rotating among stations, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety guidelines and training handbooks. Ideal candidates are 18+, dependable, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure and stress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capable of performing essential functions of the job.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise.
• Prepares high quality products by following Little Caesars recipes and procedures.
• Displays proper image as outlined in training materials and management directions.
• Keeps work stations and areas clean and organized per standards and handbook.
• Follows safety, security, and conduct policies as defined in training materials.
• Performs similar or related duties as assigned.
