Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Spring Hill, TN is hiring full-time daytime crew members to be the face of the cafe, interact with customers, and deliver fast, friendly service. Reliable transportation is important to ensure dependable hospitality.

You will take orders on our POS, make smoothies and food, prep with accurate measuring, stock and clean, and maintain a welcoming dining area in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes $11-$12/hr plus tips of $4-$5/hr and generous employee discounts.

We have full time positions available. We are looking to bring on daytime crew members. These crew members will be the face of the cafe to our customers. You should enjoy interacting with customers and be able to work at a quick pace to provide great service to them. In addition to pay of $11-$12 per hour you will receive tips between $4 and $5 per hour.

Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with crew.

• prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
