Job description

Heartland Concepts, who owns and operates Auntie Anne’s Pretzels and Planet Smoothie, is currently seeking applications for Crew Members at all of our locations. We have locations at Westroads Mall, Nebraska Crossing, and Gateway Mall in Lincoln. Minimum age is 16 years old and must have reliable transportation. These positions generally range from 5 to 20 hours per week, with day, evening, and weekend shifts corresponding with mall hours.

Essential Duties:

1. Provide Superior Customer Service.
2. Roll, Twist, Dip, Shape, and Bake Pretzels.
3. Prepare Drinks and Smoothies.
4. Operate the cash register.
5. Clean and do dishes.
6. Follow Auntie Anne's and Planet Smoothie corporate guidelines for store operations and cleanliness.

This position is perfect for those looking for something after school, in the evenings, or on weekends. No experience is needed, and we will train.
