Job summary

Wingstop in Trophy Club, TX is hiring Team Members (Hourly) to be the heart of our front-line operations. You will greet guests, take orders, operate POS/kiosks, and help with food prep while keeping the dining area clean and safe.

We offer hourly wages ($10–$14 per hour) with tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement to Team Member Trainer, Shift Leader, and management roles. Employee meals and recognition programs are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately take orders and operate POS systems; assist guests with kiosks as needed.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area; ensure tables are reset for new guests.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines; support kitchen organization.
