Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Crew Member/Chill Staff to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team in Rockingham, NC. You will assemble and present treat orders, stock and clean the dining/service areas, and ensure health code standards are met to deliver exceptional fan service.

Applicants should be energetic, able to lift up to 50 pounds, read order monitors, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while providing friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work well in a high-volume environment.
• Read order monitors and follow instructions.
• Stand for long periods and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely.
• Work as a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and value for each customer.
• Clean and stock the work area and rotate products.
• Complete prep work for stocking and chill area setup.
• Break down and clean the chill area at end of day.
