Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service and treat preparation in a fast-paced environment. You will handle cash transactions, maintain clean areas, and stock supplies while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include communicating with staff and customers, following directions from management, and contributing to a friendly, efficient service experience.

Qualifications

• Interact with the public and co-workers effectively during shifts.
• Must be able to operate as a cashier and read order monitors.
• Exhibit and use good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
• Must be able to perform under pressure including moving and responding quickly to meet customer demands.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry items as needed.
