Job summary

Maximus Hospitality & Management seeks a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service for Dairy Queen fans. You will assemble and present treat orders, stock, clean and maintain customer areas to health and safety standards.

Report to Management Staff and Shift Leaders. You will work as part of a team, communicate clearly with coworkers, operate chill equipment safely, and help ensure consistent quality and value for every guest throughout a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Able to move cases of food/paper products up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
• Travel quickly in the customer service area up to 40 customers per hour.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read order monitors.
• Follow local health regulations and food handling procedures.
• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure correct order.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment including chill equipment safely.
• Work as a team to assure quality, service, cleanliness and value.
• Stock and organize items; move supplies as needed.
• Rotate products properly.
• Complete prep work for stocking and chill area setup.
• Control food production process.
• Break down and clean chill area at end of day.
• Wash counters, restrooms, trash, sweep, mop.
• Occasional outside building tasks for parking lot/trash.
• Inform supervisor of issues.
• Perform other duties as requested.
