Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Crew Person to join our fast-paced kitchen and service team. You will help provide guests with a positive experience, prepare quality food products, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area.

You must be at least 16, able to work flexible hours including openings/closings, and have reliable transportation. Training focuses on guest service, food safety, and teamwork to ensure consistent SUPERSTAR service.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with SUPERSTAR service and maintains a positive guest experience.
• Operates assigned station, cleans and stocks, and performs other cleaning duties as needed.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards and quality.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines to minimize costs and uses products and equipment properly.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
