Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take orders and payments quickly and accurately.
• Handle inside and drive-up orders; assist with phone and catering orders.
• Call out numbers to guests to deliver completed orders.
• Prepare food to Portillo’s high quality standards and keep a clean, sanitary workspace.
• Cook items like Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries; follow recipes and maintain standards.
• Prepare eye-catching, fresh made-to-order salads and maintain workspace cleanliness.
