Job summary

Duck Donuts in Asheville is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in a full or part-time capacity, offering a fun, fast-paced environment and a strong team spirit.

Pay ranges $11-$13 per hour, with an average of $13-$16 per hour including tips; candidates should be available mornings and afternoons, Tue-Thu, and weekdays. Duties include serving guests, taking orders, and preparing donuts and beverages.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates are 18+ due to requirements of handling special equipment.
• Available to work weekdays and afternoon shifts, primarily Tue-Thu.
• Must be available to work mornings (7am–12pm) and/or evenings (12pm–6pm).
• Prior work experience in foodservice or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service to all Duck Donuts guests.
• Helping customers order donuts and operating the cash register.
• Creating a variety of hot, iced, and frozen beverages.
• Creating beautiful donuts customized for each guest.
• Prepares donut batter and operates the donut fryer.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and friendly work environment.
• Works as part of a team to complete orders efficiently.

Pay Range is $11-$13 per hour (average of $13 - $16 per hour including tips)

**Preferred candidates are available to work weekdays and afternoon shifts, primarily Tue-Thu

**Must be available to work mornings (typically 7am-12pm) and/or evenings (typically 12pm-6pm)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional service to all Duck Donuts guests.
• Helping customers order creative donuts and operating the cash register accurately.
• Creating a variety of hot, iced, and frozen beverages.
• Creating beautiful donuts customized for each guest.
• Prepares donut batter and operates the donut fryer. (*18+ years of age required.)
• Prepares recipes according to Duck Donuts standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and friendly work environment.
• Works as part of a team to complete orders efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in foodservice or retail
• Has an energetic and upbeat personality and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to provide exceptional service to guests
