Hatcher Landscape Partners is seeking a hands-on Crew Member, Construction to help bring landscape designs to life in Huntsville, AL. You will work with plants, hardscape materials, and irrigation to create high-quality outdoor environments, following Foreman guidance while maintaining safety and craftsmanship.

REPORTS TO: Construction Operation Manager
As a Crew Member, Construction, you will play a hands‑on role in bringing landscape designs to life. This position involves working with a variety of plants, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems to create high‑quality outdoor environments. You will operate both hand tools and power equipment, follow direction from Foremen and Supervisors, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a team‑oriented environment.
Install plants, landscape lighting , hardscape features , and irrigation systems.
Load and unload plants and trees, g rade and prepare topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials.
Install pavers, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and block walls.
Operate power equipment such as tractors, chainsaws, sod cutters, bobcats, etc.
Operate tools including rakes, shovels, saws, axes, and shears.
Follow direction of Foreman and Landscape Supervisors to satisfy job requirements.
Maintain safety by always using personal protective equipment.
Work carefully on projects to provide the best quality to customers.
